Silk Painting Experience at the Haddenham Arts Centre - March 2026

I had such a lovely, creative group attend my silk painting workshop at the Haddenham Arts Centre yesterday.
Everyone designed something truly beautiful and unique; they all really embraced the craft. I'm so pleased everyone found it to be a relaxing and fun experience.
In this workshop, you discover how to take a design of your choice & apply it to silk using a number of different techniques - including how to outline and apply silk paint to good effect. You also get to play with the salt technique.
You come away with your own 55 x 55 cm silk scarf or wall hanging.

"A brilliant day with Louise silk painting. The set up was brilliant with a CMR and screen so we could see what Louise was demonstrating....not seen that at a craft day anywhere else before. Louise explained the process well and was really helpful and encouraging as we set to on our own work.
