We had a lovely, creative group of students attend yesterday's large loose florals acrylic & mixed media painting experience with guest tutor, Sarah Heather.

Sarah guided everyone through a variety of processes to help create a lovely loose and open piece of work. The day was fun and freeing, and the students were able to take inspiration from our Blended Monkey gardens.

We're so impressed with the work achieved. Everyone has created a truly unique and individual piece of art!

The photos and video here provide a great insight into the day.

The weather was fab, and although the group were accommodated in our outdoor covered workspace, they were able to make full use of our gardens for inspiration.

We kept the refreshments flowing throughout the day and provided a lovely lunch, with all the bakes (vegan brownies, cookies, "sausage" rolls and scrummy cheese scones) provided by the wonderful Fanoggins Bakery.
