Botanical Printing on Textiles Experience at our Blended Monkey Studios - August 2025
Today's botanical printing on textiles experience taught by fabulous textile artist, Debs Munford, was another success.
In this creative workshop, the students were able to make great use of our Blended Monkey gardens; collecting leaves and botanicals that they could print with to create their very own textile elements. The weather was just right, making this an experience that could be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
After a lovely lunch, featuring bakery items made by Fanoggins Bakery, the group moved on to printing on their fabric sections, with amazing results. These sections were then pinned together as an A3 panel. Some students started to sew their sections together while others decided they would concentrate on this at home.
This was such a relaxing, mindful experience.
