A fabulous collection of carefully curated Fenland & East Anglian artists, makers & creators who are selling their work, demonstrating their crafts & holding workshops on the day.

All of the event profits are going to Norfolk & Waveney MIND, a charity close to our hearts.

Following on from the success of our Summer Artisan Fayre in July (we raised a further £750.00 for Norfolk & Waveney MIND), Simon and I are putting together our Autumn Artisan Fayre to showcase another wonderful selection of fabulous local Fenland & East Anglian artists, makers & creators, while at the same time raise funds for Norfolk & Waveney MIND.

Join us at Upwell Hall on the Norfolk / Cambridgeshire border - New Rd, Upwell, PE14 9AB - from 10.00 am until 3.00 pm on Sunday 25 October.

Some of our artisans are demonstrating their crafts (including pyrography, lino printing, metal embossing, artisan floristry, papercraft, felting, crochet, beadwork, polymer clay ...).

FREE ENTRY and plenty of parking at the hall!

Fanoggins Bakery will be joining us with their yummy locally made snacks and treats and there are tables & seating provided.

All event profits (stallholder fees, food & drink profits, raffle ticket sales) are going to Norfolk & Waveney MIND, a charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

This particular charity is close to our hearts, as Simon and I spend a lot of our time here at Blended Monkey offering creative therapy workshops & experiences to people who suffer with poor mental health, are recovering from brain trauma, or who generally need to get away from the pressures of everyday life and immerse themselves in something creative and relaxing.

WORKSHOPS & ATTRACTIONS

AUTUMN ARTISAN FAYRE

A lot of our artists will be demonstrating their crafts throughout the day, but we also have some scheduled workshops that can be pre-booked, including:

3D POLYMER CLAY EARRINGS: AUTUMNAL PUMPKINS & FESTIVE GONKS!

with Aimee

Join Aimee from @AimeeSculpts and Nacho and Tiki’s Studio at the Blended Monkey Artisan Fair for a creative, hands‑on workshop where you’ll each make two pairs of charming 3D polymer clay earrings; one set of autumnal pumpkins and one pair of festive gonks.

Aimee will guide you through each stage of hand‑modelling and detailing your pieces, making this a welcoming session open to all abilities and suitable from age 8+ (with children accompanied by a paying adult for support). Your finished earrings will measure around 20–25mm, and you’ll take them home ready to bake in your own oven.

This is small, detailed work, so if you usually wear glasses for close‑up tasks, please bring them with you. A good level of finger dexterity is helpful; however, Aimee will be on hand throughout to offer guidance and gentle support wherever needed.

All materials, instructions and creative support are provided — and with only 4 participants per session, you’ll enjoy plenty of relaxed, one‑to‑one guidance throughout.

AN INTRODUCTION TO LINO PRINTING

with Zoe Ansari

In this fun relaxed taster session workshop you will learn all the processes to design, carve and print a lino block. At the end of the session you will be able to take home your unique prints and lino block, which you can continue printing with at home. All materials will be provided.

Zoe is an illustrator and printmaker based in Cambridge and has exhibited her work through independent galleries in the South of England. She has run workshops for The Botanical
