    This stoneware votive has been thrown on the wheel using a mix of two different clays to create the subtle marbled effect.
     
    The hearts have then been cut out by hand and glazed separately. They are included with this unique votive.

    • Caring for Clay Items

      Louise uses a variety of stoneware and porcelain clays for her pieces. All the utilitarian pieces you see on this site are food-safe and can be used in the dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, but it's best not to use them in the microwave as some of the glazes contain oxides.
