CLAY CHRISTMAS DECS WORKSHOP
Sunday 9 November 9.45 am – 12.00 pm or 2.45 pm - 5.00 pm
£35 including refreshments, all materials, use of equipment on the day, firing of pieces & tutoring.
Louise, potter and ceramic artist from Blended Monkey, will teach you how to make festive clay Christmas decorations using the slab method and various stamps and cutters.
Once dry, your pieces will be fired and then ready to collect so you can paint them at home.
The decorations will be made from stoneware clay - so you can display them indoors or outdoors.
This CLAY CHRISTMAS DECS WORKSHOP will be held in the peaceful setting of our Blended Monkey studios on the Cambs/Norfolk border.
Numbers are limited to ensure you get plenty of 1-2-1 tuition.
Suitable for 16+ and beginners.
About a week before your workshop date, we'll e-mail you again with more details about parking etc.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the session - tailored to meet all dietary requirements.

The two-hour workshop includes:
- Materials & use of equipment on the day
- Refreshments (tea/coffee/soft drinks/cake) - catering to all dietary requirements
- As we limit the number of people, you get to have some 1-2-1 tuition and the maximum benefit from a day with no distractions
- Firing of your work
- Please wear clothing clothes that you don't mind getting some clay on.
We also offer accommodation in the form of our Crafter's Retreat cabin subject to availability or we can advise of other local B&Bs.

The workshop booking is valid for 1 year from the booking date – this simply means that the setting of the date for the workshop must be arranged within the validity period, however the workshop date could be outside of this validity period.

The purchaser of the workshop may cancel the workshop up to 2 weeks before the workshop date with a full refund.

Failure to attend the workshop on the day without sufficient notice will result in the workshop being cancelled and no refund will be issued.

If the participant of the workshop is unable to attend their workshop for good reason, a new workshop date must be set within 3 months of the cancellation of the original workshop booking – even if the agreed new date lies outside of the 3-month period. Failure to rebook within that period will result in the cancellation of the booking with no refund. If the participant does not attend the second amended date, the booking will be considered cancelled with no refund.

If we need to cancel a workshop at short notice for reasons beyond our control, such as illness or mechanical breakdowns, the first option is to rearrange a mutually convenient date or receive a refund. In the event of cancellation for any reason, we are unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses that you may incur in relation to the cancelled course.
