IT WAS A SCORCHER - BUT THANK YOU TO ALL OUR LOVELY ARTISTS & CRAFTERS WHO TURNED UP DESPITE THE HEAT AND MADE THE MOST OF THE DAY!

Being the hottest day of the year made it a bit challenging for our artist & crafter stallholders who participated in our Crafts Village for the Ely Arts Festival Fun Day. We were only a small part of the event; with food, music & entertainment organised by the Ely Arts Festival Committee.

A big thank you to our stallholders and the public who came along to support, despite the weather conditions!

It takes a lot to organise an event like this and we have absolutely no control over the weather, so Simon and I have appreciated the positive comments and kind words we've received from lots of our artists & crafters who made the most of the day, sold their work and also, probably more importantly, got their name out there and made some interesting contacts too.

Our Lovely Crafts Village Artists & Crafters

ENJOY a WONDERFUL SELECTION of ARTS & CRAFTS stalls with ARTIST DEMONSTRATIONS throughout the day!

Simon & I here at Blended Monkey have been asked to curate and manage a Crafts Village of artists and crafters who will be selling their work & demonstrating what they do at the Fun Day on Saturday 21 June in the Jubilee Gardens (by the river) in Ely from 10 am until 5 pm.

This wonderful FREE event can be enjoyed by the whole family and our Crafts Village will feature alongside a variety of food stalls, musical acts, entertainment, workshops, a circus ... so a great reason to visit Ely and take in this fantastic Fun Day!
