By booking your pitch, and signing these terms & conditions, you are accepting the terms & conditions as set out below: 

• Payment for your gazebo pitch (no bigger than 3m x 3m) is £40.00. Please provide payment to the bank account indicated below by 28 February 2025 (please use your business name as a reference for the payment). Although we cannot refund stall costs if you choose not to or are unable to attend, we will refund half of your fee if we have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or poor weather.

• Access and parking: access is via Broad Street from 8 am onwards (NOT EARLIER). A steward in high vis will be at the entrance and will guide you over to either Simon or myself so we can show you where you are setting up. You can initially park in front of your gazebo pitch to unload but then we ask that ALL STALLHOLDERS without exception move their cars to one of the car parks in Ely (Ship Lane or other). All vehicles must be removed by 9.30 am at the latest.  

• Please be ready to trade by 10:00 am. Ensure there are no trip hazards around your gazebo. Note – it is NOT PERMITTED to use naked flames, candles etc.  

• Vehicles will not be permitted on site after 9.30 am. If you arrive too late, you’ll be able to drop your stall items at the Maltings gate and then walk these on.  The What 3 Words for the Maltings Gate and google pin are as follows:

• The nature of your items must be as listed on the booking form, if other items not listed on your booking form are on display you may be asked to remove them. All the items on your stall must have been made by you. Anyone selling any “bought in” items will be asked to remove them. 

• All stallholders have a duty of care to ensure their own health & safety and also that of members of the public. They are responsible for any & all damage or injury to persons or property caused by them or their stands or any act of omission by them or their personnel. All traders are responsible for holding their own public liability insurance and product liability insurance. 

• Blended Monkey and the Ely Arts Festival Committee will not be held responsible for damage to stock or theft whilst on the premises. 

• No responsibility will be accepted by Blended Monkey or the Ely Arts Festival Committee for the security of any goods, money or equipment before, during and after the Family Fun Day.  

• All transactions are between the stallholder and purchaser alone. No responsibility will be accepted by Blended Monkey or the Ely Arts Festival Committee for any transactions. 

• The event finishes at 5 pm. Please refrain from leaving earlier than that time unless agreed with the organisers. 

• Please be mindful of pedestrians when driving across the site – there will be families and children present. 

• Blended Monkey reserves the right to cancel or curtail all or part of the event at its absolute discretion (only with good reason), the right to refuse access and also the right to require stallholders to leave immediately should any of the foregoing guidelines not be adhered to.
